The amount of oil in the hydraulic station oil tank should be frequently investigated to see if it is within the range of the oil level indicator line. The operating oil should be kept clean and replaced at least every six months. When there is a lot of foam and sediment in the oil, it needs to be replaced immediately.
When repairing the brake and hydraulic station, in addition to powering off the safety valve electromagnet, locking devices should also be used to lock the drum to ensure safety.
During the application process, it is necessary to check the wear status of the brake shoe. If the wear of the brake shoe reaches 2mm and the fatigue of the disc shaped tension spring exceeds the stroke by 1mm, it is necessary to adjust and check in a timely manner to avoid affecting the braking torque. Together, it is necessary to check whether the brake shoe wear switch and the disc shaped tension spring fatigue switch are working.
Regularly check the operation status of the reducer. If any abnormal noise or oscillation, temperature rise, or progressive pitting or extensive scratches on the tooth surface are found, the reducer should be parked in a timely manner for inspection and treatment. Only by improving the equipment of the winch manufacturer can the service life be extended.
