A:We are pleased to offer sample, but customers are expected to pay for the sample and courier cost first, when customers place formal order from us, we can return the sample fee and courier cost(partial or all, it depends).

Q6:What are your payment terms?
Usually our payment terms is T/T(30% as deposit, and balance before shipment); We also accept L/C at sight, but we need confirm the details before we do L/C.

If quantity below 100pcs, we can deliver within 15 days, quantity above 100pcs, we can delivery within 25-35 days. For customized orders, the delivery time is 35-40.
