What should I pay attention to when working with a mining hoist?
The mining hoist is a commonly used equipment underground, its function is to drive the operation and exchange of various equipment on and underground. There are several precautions to pay attention to when using a mining hoist. Following this operation can not only ensure the efficiency of underground work, but also extend the service life of the equipment.
In mines where heavy objects are often connected and lowered, electric control with power braking is used. If there is no power braking and it is necessary to lower heavy objects with brakes, it is necessary to pay strict attention to the temperature rise of the brake shoe. The higher temperature should not exceed 120 ℃ to avoid the brake shoe from experiencing high temperatures and reducing the friction coefficient, and even causing the brake shoe to burn and affect the braking torque.
When replacing brake shoes, be careful not to replace them all at once, as this may affect the braking torque due to the small touch area. It should be gradually replaced, that is, first replace the two brake shoes on one pair of brake shoes, let them work for a period of time, make their touch area meet the requirements, and then replace the other pair of brake shoes, which not only ensures work safety but also does not affect production.
During the application process, it is necessary to regularly check the reliability of the safety protection device to avoid failure. Each work team needs to check whether the safety valve action is reliable.
There should be no air in the oil pipe and brake cylinder connecting the hydraulic station to the disc brake, otherwise the brake release time will be extended.
The method to clean the air is as follows: When filling the brake cylinder with oil for the first time after the device, the oil pressure should not be too high, about 0.5MPa (5 kgf/cm) is sufficient. Before filling, loosen the exhaust screw on each brake cylinder. When gas overflows from the vent screw at a higher level and pressure oil also comes out, it indicates that the gas has been completely discharged, and the vent screw can be tightened to complete the vent procedure.
The hydraulic station has stopped all operations. When resuming operations, the oil pump should be powered on first, and then the safety valve solenoid should be energized. The deceleration of safety braking should not be too large, otherwise it will constitute an impact on the entire improvement system and even lead to rope breakage incidents.
