The transmission mechanism of the handle rotation of the manual winch is equipped with a stopper (ratchet and pawl), which can keep the weight in the desired position. Manual winches used for assembling or lifting heavy objects should also be equipped with safety handles and brakes. Manual winches are generally used in places with low lifting capacity, poor facility conditions, or no power supply. Electric winch
Electric winches are widely used in places with heavy workload and high traction requirements. The electric motor of a single drum electric winch drives the drum through a reducer, and a brake is installed between the electric motor and the input shaft of the reducer. To meet the needs of lifting, traction, and rotation operations, there are also winches with dual and multi drum devices. Winches with a general rated load of less than 10T can be designed as electric winches. [1] Hydraulic winch
Hydraulic winches are mainly designed for winches with larger rated loads. Generally, winches with a capacity of over 10T to 5000T are designed as hydraulic winches.
Its structure mainly consists of a hydraulic motor (low speed or high speed motor), a hydraulic normally closed multi disc brake, a planetary gearbox, a clutch (optional), a drum, a support shaft, a frame, a rope press (optional), etc. Hydraulic motors have high mechanical efficiency, high starting torque, and can be equipped with different flow distributors according to working conditions. Valve groups can also be designed and directly integrated into the motor oil distributor according to needs, such as valve groups with balance valves, overload valves, high-pressure shuttle valves, speed control directional valves, or other performance valves. Brakes, planetary gearboxes, etc. are directly installed in the drum. The drum, support shaft, and frame are designed according to mechanical requirements, The overall structure is simple and reasonable, with sufficient strength and rigidity. Therefore, this series of winches has the characteristics of compact structure, small volume, light weight, and beautiful appearance, while in terms of performance, it has the characteristics of good safety, high efficiency, high starting torque, good low-speed stability, low noise, and reliable operation. Winch usage regulations
1. The winch must be set according to the specifications. Its specification has a net height of no less than 2.0 meters, a net width of 2.4 meters, and a net depth of 2.0 meters. The roadway along the goaf is determined based on the actual situation of the roadway, with the principle of not affecting safe operation.
2. The construction of the winch should use pneumatic picks for excavation as much as possible, and depending on the different support types of the tunnel, wooden sheds or I-shaped steel sheds can be used for support. When the top plate is intact, anchor mesh support is used, and when the top plate is broken, shed support is used
3. The foundation of the 11.4KW small winch must be poured with concrete, with a foundation specification of 1.0 × one × 1.0 meters. The mix ratio of cement, yellow sand, and gravel (melon seed flakes) in concrete is 1:2:2; The water cement ratio is 0.4.
4. When using shed support for the winch, it should be carried out one by one from the outside to the inside. The sheds should be connected as a whole with braces or pull rods, and the waist and sides should be tightly connected and firmly supported. The distance between sheds shall not exceed 0.7 meters. When using anchor mesh support, the row spacing of anchor rods is 800 × 800mm.
5. The winch motor should be installed on the inner side of the small winch socket, and the operating space distance should not be less than 0.8 meters; The operating buttons should be placed on the shelves, and the switches should be neatly arranged without obstructing personnel operation.
6. Other operations shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant regulations in the operating procedures. Adjustment and maintenance of winch
